STYLEWE Refer a Friend Offer Terms & Conditions

To qualify for a Refer-A-Friend Offer (“New Customer Referral Offer”) from STYLEWE, the referred person (the“Referral”) must (i) be a new customer (new customers have not previously made a STYLEWE purchase as determined by STYLEWE in its sole discretion), (ii) use a referral link provided via email, Facebook, other social channels or SMS and (iii) make a purchase in STYLEWE prior to the promo code's expiration.

Referral will be required to provide his/her email address before being able to use the New Customer Referral Offer. In addition to email and/or address match verification, STYLEWE reserves the right, and may employ other techniques, to confirm that the Referral has not previously made a purchase with STYLEWE. The New Customer Referral Offer provided to the Referral will expire within thirty (30) days of the date of activation. Referring customers (“Referring Customers”) will receive an email with their Referring Customer Offer (“Referring Customer Offer”) once the Referral is confirmed and verified. The Referring Customer Offer shall be received seven (1) days after the Referral makes a qualifying first-time purchase. The Referring Customer Offer will expire on the date designated on such coupon.

The referring customer (“Referring Customer”) must have a current, valid email address on record with STYLEWE in order to be eligible to receive the Referring Customer Offer. Customers may not use spam or send unsolicited emails to persons with whom he/she does not personally know or have direct, voluntary two-way communications. Any failure to meet the above requirements may result in disqualification at STYLEWE's sole discretion.

Any abuse of this offer, as determined by STYLEWE in its sole discretion, may result in the rescission of the Referring Customer's referral offer and/or the Referral's New Customer Referral Offer as well as both parties' inability to participate in this or future promotions. Referral offer cannot be applied to previous purchases, and is not redeemable for cash. This referral program is subject to modification or termination by STYLEWE at any time without notice in STYLEWE's sole discretion.
